QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Management, Marketing Management, or any relevant course
  • 1-2 years experience in the marketing and/or events management field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Filipino
  • Dedicated and careful—high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills and basic graphic design knowledge
  • Flexible and trainable

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to walk-in, online, and phone inquiries
  • Manage client database
  • Analyze consumer needs and business environment
  • Assist in development of Marketing Plan
  • Execute Marketing Plan
  • Develop marketing collaterals as needed
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Manage dorm and hotel events and assist in managing mall events as needed
  • Accomplish any task assigned by the Dormitel Head from time to time
